As the leaves fall from the trees, floating in the air so free before landing in their resting place just as Kevin D. Maher colorful beauty of living life on his terms shall always flourish in our memories. Born March 17,1987 a proud Irishman descended at home on October 25,2021. Kevin lovingly leaves his parents Martin Maher and Lisa L`Italien. His son whom was his most cherished gift in life Ayden Maher. Siblings Haven Maher (Dante Powell, nephew Trenton Scales) and Sullivan Patriquin. Grandmother Joann Maher an Nana Karen Peters. Aunts Candy Dimanche (Stephen Rielly, cousins Devin n Darin Nichlen n Stephen Rielly Jr), Nora Maher and Kerry Maher. Uncle's Kevin Maher and Daniel Scully whom he was named after. Many friends he considered family. Kevin was a whole soul of life, proud to be Irish and Boston strong. His love of music &#55356;� soothed his soul and was with him where he went. He had a determination that drove him to anything he set his mind to since a child from his thirst for knowledge, BMX biking to his obsession with working out. He loved hard work using his strength and hands getting di rty cutting and lugging wood, bailing hay to construction. He will always be remembered for his loyalty and being there for the ones he loved. His personality was one of a kind leaving a mark on anyone he met. His smile, style and laughter is something no one could ever forget specially when he told one of his insane jokes or off the wall comments. He had a green thumb specially for his orchids that he loved. Once you live in the dark you learn to appreciate the light, so even in his darkest days he always had a loving, giving kind heart. He enjoyed giving back by helping prepare and deliver soup/food to those in need. Also, trying to help others find the light encouraging them to seek help or a meeting. He was and always will be remembered as true friend. Kevin was processed by his grandfather's Robert Maher and Garhart Peters. Great-Nana Caroline Scully. Aunt Lisa Kiernan and Uncle Michael Kiernan. And his best friends Kyle Scott, Mathew Demastrie, Ryanne Lancto and TJ Kasuba. Funeral Notice: Funeral services for Kevin D. Maher will be Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 6 p.m. at the Dwyer Funeral Home, 776 North Street, Pittsfield MA 01201. Calling hours at the funeral home will be prior to the service, from 4 pm to 6 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the South Community Food Pantry in care of the South Congregational Church, 110 South Street, Pittsfield MA 01201.
