Anthony Brian Astore

Anthony Brian Astore, of Pittsfield, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 16, 2023, just months shy of his 38th birthday. Born in Pittsfield MA, on August 15, 1985, he was the son of Timothy Astore Sr. And Elizabeth Squires. Tony was an independent freelance contractor who took great pride in his work. On the weekends he also took pride in running a local bouncy house business. Tony's ultimate joy was the birth of his three children. Becoming a father immediately brought out his softer side—anything from playing dress up and tea parties, to fighting monsters under the bed, the endless forts, movie nights, walks in nature smelling flowers, collecting rocks and skipping stones, playing tag and teaching them how to ride their bikes! Tony took great pride in each one of his children’s accomplishments. His greatest gift was watching them grow alongside him. Besides spending time with his children, family and an endless amount of friends whom he loved, Tony enjoyed and took great pride in teaching himself how to play the guitar like his brother, Tim, learning his own music and sharing that achievement with those around him. Expressing himself through music was always something that brought him peace. Tony will be remembered by his genuine heart, kind personality and his contagious laughter that always spread to everyone around him, Besides his parents, he is survived by his lifelong companion Amber Dargi and their three children, Adrian, Syncerity, and Lyrenzo Astore. He leaves his sisters, Jessica Astore and Desire Dufur, his nieces, Audriah Astore and Lydiah Turner, as well as his beloved aunts, uncles and many other cherished friends and relatives. Tony was predeceased by his brother, Timothy Astore, Jr.. Funeral Notice: Funeral services for Anthony Brian Astore will be Monday, June 26, 2023, at 1 pm at the Dwyer Funeral Home, 776 North Street, Pittsfield MA 01201. Calling hours at the funeral home will be prior to the service, from 11 am to 1 pm.
