Ms. Jill Noelle Boutin

Jill Noelle Boutin, a resilient, stubborn, and loving soul left us too soon on May 22, 2025, at the age of 48. Born on February 7, 1977, with her twin Vincent English, in Newburyport, she spent most of her life in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, surrounded by those she loved and those who loved her fiercely in return. Jill was many things to many people—a dedicated L.P.N, who cared for others right up until the end of her life. She was also a licensed real estate agent, a tireless volunteer with the Department of Youth Services, an amazing, dependable Nana and a loving fiancée to Anthony Cargill. She was a woman who wore her compassion like a second skin and was never afraid to speak her mind. Her laughter was contagious, her grit, her wisdom, and her experience served as a pillar of strength to anyone who needed it. Her life's work was reflected in her greatest joy—her family. Jill leaves behind her beloved children: Whitney English (Moore), her husband Robert Moore, Julia English (Kalinowski), her husband Josh Kalinowski, and Elyjah English, who carry forward her legacy of strength and resilience. She was a proud grandmother to ten beautiful grandchildren, RJ, Damon, Declan, Emryn, Dezman, Christopher, Colton, Noah , Olivia , and Willow, each of whom made her beam with pride, and always strive for better. She is also survived by her "super star" niece, Sophia, as well as many other nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her twin Vincent English, she leaves behind her brothers John Poole, Edward Poole, David Poole, and Norman Poole who will miss her dearly as she was the glue to their family. Jill's commitment to helping others was evident in her work with DYS, where she provided unwavering support to parents with troubled youth. She had a knack for seeing the potential in everyone and believed deeply in the power of community and family. Jill also enjoyed many things like music, both country & old school R&B. She connected with nature, her love for gorillas. She loved flowers and the beach, breakfast and always had her Dunkin Donuts. Anything mauve as this was her favorite color, these will always be a reminder of the things she loved. In closing, we remember Jill not just for the roles she filled, but for the strength she instilled in those around her. As her oldest daughter Whitney reflects, "My mother always said that her biggest fear wasn't dying, but of dying before her children knew their own strength. When you have a mother as strong as mine, it tends to rub off on you. My mother's strength lives in each of her children, and we will pass that on forever." Jill will be profoundly missed, every day, yet her spirit and love will continue to inspire us all. Funeral Services: A time of visitation will be held at a later date, notice of which will be published when details are finalized.
